REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We only accept refund and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations, exchanges, or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.
Skrillproducts provides the platform that facilitates Users to search and select various products and buy the same.
Once a user has purchased any product from us, they may choose to have the product cancelled and/or get a refund. The terms and conditions for refunds and cancellation are enunciated herein.
Returns shall be processed in one of the following situations:
- if the products are damaged while being shipped to the Customer.
- The product received by the Customer is different from the one ordered.
- Customer does not want the product anymore and the product is received as per the delivery date. However, the shipping charges shall be applicable in such a situation and the Customer shall not be refunded the cost of shipping.
- Customer does not want the product anymore and the product is not received as per the delivery date. In such a situation, full refund to the Customer shall be processed and the shipping cost shall not be paid by the Customer.
All returns shall only be accepted within 10 days of the date the product was delivered to the Customer. Return charges shall be applicable for such returns where the product was delivered to the Customer on the delivery date. In all other situations the return charges shall be paid for by the Company.
Exchange of product shall only be accepted if the product is damaged and not if there are any quality issues pertaining to such product.
Refunds shall be processed within 7 working days of the product being returned to the Company. The refunded amount shall be refunded via the original payment used by the Customer. For cash on delivery, the refund shall be processed via IMPS/NEFT.
No other return, exchange or refund requests shall be entertained.
